2008-03-16 [bloody kisses]: I do love "Jesus Christ," but I am truly addicted to their two biggest songs, "Sic Transit Gloria...Glory Fades," and "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows." I remember watching those videos in about the fourth grade and automatically being hooked. I SO want to see them in show!!!
"The Boy That Blocked His Own Shot" is really my favourite though...as well ass Less Than Jake's (live version, I love the horns!!!) "The Rest Of My Life." Is it wierd that I'm only 15 and I've already screwed up myself enough to understand all the meanings of these songs?
2008-03-16 [Jenna Rose]: I like the acoustic of "...Glory Fades". I really don't like loud music much, only in certain songs. I've never seen any videos for them though.
I don't think it's too uncommon in this day and age to be so screwed up by 15. I mean teenagers are basically labeled as being screwed up before they screw anything up, so. *shrug* It's not completely bad you understand them. Life lessons and "experience" (fancy word for mistakes) and all. Sometimes if you're screwed up enough when you're young, you won't take the same path as you're older.

2008-03-16 [Veltzeh]: You know, that just reminded me that I've grown in a really tight barrel—though I could just as well say that it's the OTHER people who are in a barrel! ;D I know nothing of how people can be screwed up, except what I see on TV (and I don't understand most of what I see about love there) and read in some books.
2008-03-16 [bloody kisses]: Wow, what's the fun in that? It hurts now but I'll probably be thankful for it when I get older because I won't have to go through it then. And TV over-does a lot of things. When you read books you really can't understand what's going on. I've read a bunch of things on abuse, but until I realized I was being abused, I looked at those books differently, and they made sense more to me.
But at least you can claim to something ^.^
